They are prepared for my appointment and use their computer to keep detailed records about me. The staff was usually helpful, but it is hard to get through to a live person. They are very busy at this location. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Sometimes, they have not pursued my medical issues to find the root cause, and have told me to "get used to getting older" instead of referring me to a specialist or pursuing more testing. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! I was referred to this doctor for muscle pain and possible fibromyaliga. I was quickly examined and made to feel as if I was wasting his time. I was very uncomfortable with this doctor and his answer was I did not have fibromyalgia. He claimed he could find no problems with me at all.
