After years of very unsatisfactory eye exams someone told me about Dr John G. Martell in South Burlington. I had the best experience! Angel spent an hour helping me pick out glasses. Dr Martell put me in a perfect prescription. The level of customer service is above the norm. Everyone there wears a smile and a kind word. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you!! I have been going to Dr. Martell for years. I am not always great about getting my eyes checked, but I I am always treated amazing when I come to see Dr. Martell. I even moved out of the area and still drive down from St. Albans just to get the same pleasant service from him and his staff.
Love it here been a client now for about 4 yrs Dr Martelle and staff are great very clean and pleasant atmosphere Staff are great understanding and on top of things. Great service !!!! I will always come back
