From Angel, the office manager, to the front staff employees, my husband & I were "wow'd" by the excellent customer service while we browsed for our sunglasses frames. Angel was extremely knowledgeable which made our decision to purchase that much easier! Do yourself, and your eyes, a favor and visit them soon!
I had a great experience! I normally go to the vision center at Walmart and let me tell you, Dr. Martell and Associates it 10 times better! The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly they helped me pick out the perfect frames! I can't wait to go back and get fitted for my contacts! 10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor! I had Dr. Hollop and he is very nice and personable.
It had been over 3 years since I had an eye exam. I decided to try Dr. Martell and Associates because they were a premiere provider with my insurance and they were within close proximity to my work. Dr. Martell is the most professional and competent optometrist (eye doctor) I have ever been to. I first saw Dr. Martell in 2012 at the UMall. After moving out of state, I lost touch. Since then I have seen 5 other eye specialists with subpar treatment and results. I recently reconnected by fate and was pleasantly surprised that he remembered me and still had my files! He was able to connect all the pieces of my symptoms and make the right assessment. Finally! I highly recommend him!
The staff is excellent, great customer service and so personable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
