It is honestly unbelievable to experience such a lack of empathy at a PAIN MANAGEMENT clinic. I developed a pain flare from sitting while waiting and began walking around an empty hallway near the checkout area because movement was helping relieve my pain. Instead of asking whether I was okay or offering somewhere appropriate for me to walk, an employee approached me to tell me I couldn’t walk there because staff discuss private patient information in that area. Ever since I arrived with dr marte martiinez with extreme pain and what seemed out of possibilities of someone helping me. HE DID ! Always will be grateful, God bless him & all the caring staff 🙏🏻
I was denied care, because of a balance, I have from 2021! If I’d known that, back in the day, I’d have asked for a payment plan. I saw the dr in October 2025, February 2026 and they decided to tell me July 2026, at my worst time. Short Rude female with big lashes in billing, no empathy whatsoever! Walked in to the room. Did not introduce herself, just straight out, you need to pay half or nothing, no procedure! Didn’t even try to help me or work with me! Wish I’d had a chance to talk to Dr. Mtz.
