A good, reasonable office. They send the initial paperwork ahead to fill out. It was a good experience.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's staff friendly? Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
