Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

He does not explain in detaiil, no clarity to what he says. Needs to learn to explain to a patient in a layman language.

Good doc. My first visit was a routine exam for my job. The second time I was scared when I went in to see him because I had lost some vision due to central serous retinopathy. It was detected and as the doc predicted the symptoms lessen soon afterwards. All in all, I've had very good treatment and recommend Dr. Wareham highly.
