Staff can be rude at times, seems organized due to the fact it's a walk-in clinic but they also have monthly appointments. Maybe that's why everyone seems so overwhelmed. I will say there is a male nurse of some sort that is about as helpful as a broken paddle going up a sh*t creek, it is clear he has not had much experience outside of school. Makes me feel very uncomfortable!
Do not go here! Waited an hour to be seen by a nurse or doctor. Walls are paper thin and didn't hear Dr wash his hands. He came in and touched the door and know and I asked did he wash his hands he said he did but then I asked him if he could and he got a complete attitude and said what do you want me to do wash my clothes, take a shower? I said no, to wash your hands when you first come in, it is flu season and he kept saying what do you want me to do wash my clothes. This doctor is terrible and wants to suck insurance co dry and he will bill your insurance for services not rendered.Long wait times and terrible staff .If you want pain meds and do not care to wait all day You are going to like it !I saw him on emergency basic and waites LOOONNNGGG time and received bill for services in which I did not get.Tried to talk with staff and they do not care .
This Dr., Dr. Marshall Plotka sucks, his bed side manners are severely lacking, I seriously suggest that no one use this urgent care facility as long as Dr. Plotka is the owner.
I WAS a patient there for nearly a year.During the time I was treated by them i NEVER met with the actual dr, only his staff.Patients would have to wait hours to even see someone (even with an appointment) then once you get in the exam room, you wait over an hour. At which time you get your vitals checked and that's it. Then you go back out to the waiting room and wait anywhere from 30 mins-1hr for your monthly prescriptions that are not enough for a month. Love the doctor, love the employees. I feel they have your best interest at heart. Trust them with my life.
Terrible practice!! They make you wait for hours before you even see anyone, then they do lab work on every visit that is not needed. Once you see the doctor he only write you a rescription that only last a week to make you come in for more. This office is a complete rip off and that why after the 3rd visit my husband stop going. They don't care about your health they are there to get just to take your money. OH and most of the people sitting in there were for pain pills so he must be a legal drug dealer.
Stay away. Terrible practice.They order tests you don't need, the office manager is nasty, his wife is a has- been radiology tech that knows nothing and he "sees" early am patients via text/computer. The staff communicates this way and he arrives at 9:30....I know I used to work there and resigned when I saw what was going on. Stay away!
