This business exchanges in balance billing. I paid them over a $400.00 copay on a given treatment and then after the fact they claimed I owed them an additional $37.00. Absolutely do not trust any price quoted by this business and do not trust that you have completed your payment obligations at the time of service, even if you have insurance. They will always try to extract more money from you after the fact. Do not use this dentist if you want up front and honest billing.

I went in for a cleaning and the Hygienist Shawn started to talk about how she was so worried about how to pay for her daughters wedding back in 2005 and she said she asked to borrow $2500.00 from a disabled Veteran friend of hers and she would pay him back, but she said she never gave second though to back the Vet back because she could not afford to, and I asked why would you borrow money from a Disabled Vet when your own husband is a Major Officer in the Army? Dr Harper is my dentist. I visit him every 3 months to keep my perio under control. Before I saw him, I had been told that my mouth was in terrible shape. He explained my options and together we chose the best treatment for me. I found the whole experience a lot less scary than I thought it would be. He did a skilled surgery and his staff took care of me the whole time. They were very nice. That night, he called me at home to see if I needed anything. I see his hygienist frequently too. Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Absolutely!
