I was accidentally left on the line while the receptionist spoke with another staff member, and I overheard them making unprofessional comments about me. I understand that mistakes happen, but patients should always be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when discussing their care or personal information. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service going forward.
Dr Markley rocks he knows his stuff. He has keep me off disability. I have been seeing him For over 25 years will not see anyone else’s. He will tell you as it is. Will only change one medication at at time. You want pain killers he does not push them. Go see someone else.
