Dr Zibelman was great but has unfortunately since retired, and they have not hired a new doctor at this location. I was just rushed in and out of an annual visit where the nurse didn’t do anything but take my weight and blood pressure. She was flustered, impersonal, and seemed to skip over procedure. The ability to get blood work done seems like the only remaining benefit of this location.

I was a patient of Dr. Mark Zibelman, after he retired his nurse practitioner became my primary. I would not recommend becoming a patient of her, she lacks any bed side manner, lacks any empathy for her patients, and she makes harmful comments about mental health issues. I am so disappointed in my care… in search for a new provider.

Called the doctor to let him know I had fever, chills, tightness in chest, they tell me to take a Covid test before they can give me an appointment. It was negative, so they prescribed me antibiotics. Finished the meds but was getting sicker. Call up the office and talk to his nurse practitioner, I told her how I finished the antibiotic, but was having repeated fevers and chills and it was hard to breath, does the doctor want to put me on new meds and send me for a chest X-ray, she tells me to hold on, comes back and says no... read more
