Dr. Valente has been a Godsend! He helped me try conservative approach before just jumping to surgery recommendation. I ended up having a cervical fusion about 5 years ago and I am really glad for the decision. It has improved my life significantly. He cares deeply and was at my hospital bed the morning after surgery bright and early before I got my breakfast. The staff are also very attentive and helpful. Really great all around!
Amazing customer service and the medical team has a top tier bedside manner
The lack of responses, support, accuracy, managing and anything to do with the administration of Dr Valente is EXTREMELY disappointing. Prior to surgery they could not get records straight, appointments corrected, and location verified. One week before surgery they finally realized they had approval from my insurance and my other doctors who needed to provide approval. My heart, kidney and family doctors all had to send (fax) over approvals multiple times before they realized they already received info. It took me numerous c... read more
