Dr. Urbach is a great dentist. He treats my child and myself with the respect a client deserves. Dr. Urbach demonstrates true concern and interest for every single concern for my child's dental needs. It always helps that he is in a good mood and understanding to kids' natural impulses for constant mobility and stimulation. The other dentist, who is a female, is a gestapo-snob. Great Denist for kids. They are really patient when it comes to kids and also the staff itself is very sweet.
Dr. Urbach was extremely friendly to my child as well as the other children in the office. The office was very well decorated and welcoming. Very impressed with Dr. Urbach
Awsome staff, awesome doctor!!! He has always been very cheerful with the kids and a straight shooter with the parents.
The front desk was very snippy because I happened to call during busy hours and I dared try and make an appointment for my son. If they are so busy, they should not tell you "can you hold a second" and then have you on the phone holding for 15 minutes! I timed it!
My 3 year old daughter was terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Urbach changed her mind! The office is very kid friendly and she even asked when she gets to go to the dentist again!
my child has been a patient for years. The only problem I have with this Dr is the billings. They can never get the amonts equal or close to the insurance company cost. I always rec a unexpected bill 3-4 months later. The first bill is a pass due notice for over 90 days on a bill you rec for the first time. He's a great guy my child loves him, but his billing department is the worst I've seen.
My daughter had some major dental work done at age 8, and went in terrified; however, once they completed the work, she told that it was no big deal. Kudos for making the little ones feel safe.
