Did a great job with my kiddos! Urbach Pediatric Dentistry has been a great experience for both of my kids, both were apprehensive of going to the dentist and now they are both perfectly comfortable. The dentists there are very gentle and let them watch tv screens above their heads to keep them distracted.
I took both of my children to Dr. Mark Urbach from the time they were each 2 years old. My daughter inherited my husband's genetics for soft teeth so she ended up having to have a lot of work on her teeth. In spite of that, she always looked forward in going to the dentist. Same with my son. I highly recommend sending one's child to Dr. "Mickey"Mark or his son Alan who is now practicing with him. The children always have so much fun there playing video games or watching a Disney movie.
had been there 1 time when I moved from Brazi and he was recommended by a friend. It was in August 31th. The dr was very kind with the kids, making jokes and playing etc but the service now I see was ZERO! Cause 3,5 mo later I found out my daughter had a HUGE cavity that almost had to take out her entire teeth!!!! And it was impossible that it could grown that big in only 3,5months!!!!! I feel bad that he told me she was fine! That she didn't had any cavity or had taken care of it at the time
I have two boys I took to see Doctor Urbach all their kid years. He is absolutely the best. I never thought the place was anything but as clean as could be. We got the very best professional service of every kind there we needed. How anyone can find fault as some others do is impossible for me to understand. William B. Keith
Dr Urbach and his staff are excellent with children! My son was terrified of the dentist and would cry, beg, and refuse to allow anyone to clean or look at his teeth. After visiting four other dentist with each experience horrible we decided to try Dr Urbach. My son loved the office, staff, and Dr Urbach. Warning! Do not take your children there – Iv never written a review before but since this has to do with the health of my children I felt it was very important to let other parents know what they are getting into if they choose to go to Dr Mark Urbachs office. 2nd Generation Very Happy Returning Customer – There is a train at the top of the ceiling that travels through tunnels to connect the waiting room and other rooms. Many staff have been there for decades! I can say this b/c I was a patient there and I'm still cavity free at 32 Yrs.! Dr. Urbach had a positive influence on my dental habits. Don't take your kids here – Dr. Urbach has been in practice for over 20 years, and it makes me angry every time I drive by his office and see his name still posted. My sister and I were taken there as children for approximately 5 years and were traumatized by the experience. Don't let his website fool you. Urbach used an assembly line method of seeing his patients. No specific appointments were scheduled.
