He seemed friendly at first but I didn't like the way he spoke down to us. I felt a little uncomfortable with the way he treated us. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he shouldn't be taking it out on my kid.
We love Dr. Glassman. The kids look forward to visits, as he very much includes them in the process, and has a great bedside manner. In my opinion, he looks for alternate solutions and does not rush to testing or medication unless it is truly warranted. I would rate him even higher if I could!
Very patient and understanding. Dr.Glassman is a very good listener.
Regarding Dr. Mark Glassman... It took 8 weeks to get an appointment but I was told that my pediatrician might be able to expedite an earlier appointment on my behalf if I asked. My daughter was not in terrible distress so I excepted the 8 week appointment. When we arrived, the staff was very welcoming. We only waited 5 mins. Dr. Mark Glassman made my 8 year old feel like she was an important part of our conversation. He was very kind and humorous and has a wonderful "bedside manner".
