Dr. Codella is a good provider, went to him for a second opinion on an endoscopy. The PROBLEM is with his office. He ordered a follow-up in OCTOBER, and I get calls every week to schedule because his staff calls without reviewing the notes in the chart. EVERY WEEK I set them straight, and the same two women call me back a week later. I despise having my time wasted, and consider it an insult to have to do this every week. This lack of confidence in how the practice runs will drive me to NO LONGER use this provider.
