Is the shoulder capsule commonly torn up when digging into the joint and LHB labral tendon? I'm suspecting some surgeons are more delicate than others, seems like more skin incisions are better than less for the arthroscopic camera and tools, shorter pathways and smaller angles to inspection and repair, less digging around damaging the ligaments and shoulder capsule and less scar tissue restricting overall ROM range of motion that way.
