Dr Hanley and his entire staff make you feel like you’re family. The office is warm and welcoming and he truly cares about and respects his patients immensely. My obgyn recommended him and told me that if she needed surgery he would be the surgeon she would pick.
Dr. Hanley repaired my hernia. He not only did so expertly, but he also addressed another issue I was having at the same time. Dr. Hanley's personality and 'bedside' manner are second-to-none. He is a wonderful, caring doctor. From the first moment I met him until my two-week follow-up after surgery, Dr. Hanley and his entire staff could not have been more kind, caring, and competent.

Dr. Hanley and his P.A. Jennifer are good people, I have seen Jennifer for skin cancer which she took care of in a professional manner, She is also treating my mom for skin cancer on her head. My mom is 92 years old and refuses to see doctors. When she recently fell and had a large skin tear, she refused to see a doctor. Very professional staff, also friendly and very welcoming. Impressed with both Dr Mark and Jennifer, the PA. The medical assistants, front desk staff all very friendly and today that is so important. Made us feel like we were their only patient today. Looking forward to continued treatment from Dr Hanley and his staff
I had a Steeler polo shirt on for my initial visit. He told me he was a Cleveland's Brown fan being from that area. In the old days, we might not have worked together, but today, he just had my sympathy. He reminded me that Cleveland has LeBron. We called it even. Dr. Hanley was awesome. He is friendly, informative and professional with a good sense of humor. Hard to find these days. His office was responsive to any questions I had. I received excellent care from start to finish. Great results.
I was referred to Dr. Hanley following a suspect CT scan. He did a biopsy and has referred me to an oncologist. He is warm and friendly but extremely truthful. I felt like he and his PA Cameron had my best interests at heart. I would trust him to do any surgery for which he is qualified.
