I was discharged from the hospital and told to follow up as soon as possible with this urologist for a necessary procedure. I called multiple times over the course of a week, left several messages, and not once did anyone answer the phone or return my calls. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. If your health is urgent, look elsewhere—this office clearly doesn’t prioritize patient care.
I am in paperwork hell. However my course of treatment is working very well when I can procure my drugs. The front desk tries to assist but paperwork is wrong and things get screwed up.
AWFUL. Worst experience I've ever had at a doctors. Receptionists were rude and inattentive, Jeffrey the PA couldnt answer more than two word replies. The doctors who run this practice should hang their heads in shame.
I would give him 0 stars if allowed. He was the worst Dr i have ever had. Zero concern for his patients. Rude and arrogant. I ended up getting a uti from stents placed, he told me he that he can't help me and I should see my PC dr.. I was dismissed just like that I was like isn't that what you're a Dr of.. ??? He claimed he couldn't help me with the uti he gave me. I would never recommend anybody to see this man. I actually usually randomly just tell people how bad of a Dr. he is. Run away from him..
