Dr. Pe may be an excellent Dr. but his staff is inefficient to say the least. My prostate cancer case required follow up and I was unable to get anything scheduled after multiple calls and speaking with multiple staff members including the back office nurses. In the interim I had other significant health issues which demanded urgent attention. Months later I made time for my follow up with Dr. Pe. Disliked the check out process the lady that helped us was very nice rude and unprofessional she was talking in between the two computers she was shuffling papers was unhappy to be there. Then when she was booking the appt we weren’t unsure if she was talking to us or to the other nurse
After reporting symptoms I was very quickly connected to Dr. Pe.
Great experience with Dr Pe and his team. Relatively easy to get on his schedule, he is very courteous and helpful, explaining the issue and treatment options available. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would go back and recommend him to family and friends.
