At 9:05am, On the 1st ring Lynn picked up the phone. My pain was mostly gone after talking to her for few minutes (that's how I felt). Told me to come right in. Took my info right away (first time / walk in) and before handing back the clip board doctor Pham's lovely assistant was ready to take me in. This is one of a kind super customer service. Oh about dr. Pham, very caring and professional. I believe ward of mouth is bigger than any billboard. All my friends and family will hear about "Brickworks Dental" for sure.
