Especially pleased with the care and concern for an elderly patient with other health challenges other than the presenting issue.
My visit was excellent at every aspect of my visit.
Both my PCP and Dr Theiss, the orthopedic surgeon, are easy to talk to. They listen to what I have to say and give me their advice. If I don't agree they will then calmly explain to me why they suggest this or that treatment and what are the pros and cons are, if any. Their nurses and/or NP are equally excellent in their interactions with patients. These medical teams are genuinely caring about the sick and especially the elderlies. God bless them all.
Dr. Thies is nothing short of amazing. Authoritative body of knowledge, excellent conversational manner, candid discussions, friendly, problem solver. I cannot say enough about him. Simply put, I will see no one else now for my back and hip issues.
