I loved Dr. Lobaugh. All of my visits were very calm mannered and any of my concerns were addressed appropriately; his confidence in his work aided in my comfort. He was recommended to me by family friends and I’m glad I waited until he was available. We delivered a beautiful and healthy 6lb baby boy.
I was extremely pleased with the care he offer when I was pregnant with my son Justin Wayne. He was just awesome. Recently I just found out I pregnant again and had to go back I’m looking forward to it. Dr. Lobaugh is AMAZING! I switched from Tricare Prime to Standard while pregnant with our first child (roughly halfway through the pregnancy) and immediately started seeing Dr. Lobaugh (had heard so many wonderful things about him).
