He does not take the time to even answer all your questions. The staff is terrible. The students give incorrect information. The nurse practitioner was a lot nicer and took the time to make you feel comfertable. If you go, go on a thursday so you can get the nurse practitioner.
My concern is that the staff has a tendency to be very curt when calling their office for illness or to get a RX refill- you have to be seen just to get a RX for allergies- PLEEEEASE. It is not like it has a street value. So they want me to pay a $15 co-pay, plus the price of gas just to get an RX for Flonaise. Also, I am asked everytime to schedule tests that I see a specialty doctor to perform (ob/gyn), the answer is always going to be "No". I am super frustrated with Dr Debruin, because he is always very rushed when I see him. Last time I was in, he literally did not spend more than 5 minutes with me. AND instead of writing me a prescription, he has some medicines that he keeps at his office, that he sells to me for a higher price than what I would pay at the pharmacy. Definitely would NOT recommend him!

This was my first time going to doctor DeBruin and i have to say that i was quite impressed with him and his staff. Starting with my first phone call to the office they got me in right away i even got the time that i wanted and thats unusual. Then the girls that roomed me and ran all my test were fantastic. They were so polite and really seemed to be listening to what i was saying and not just trying to run out of the room and run away from me. My wife and I have been going to Dr. DeBruin for general practice since about 1998. He is all about business and does seem to give the impression he is in a rush. But at the same time his office has always been great about getting me in quickly on short notice. So don't know if his brief nature is the result of the desire to see as many patients as possible in the day or what. So if you have questions you are going to need to get his attention. Good communication, asks about any ailments. Alert and prompt, staff assists quickly, conducts tests in office quickly, and schedules other tests immediately, such as blood tests. Made referrals as needed and setup appointments for other medical services.
This guy doesnot answer any questions and see you for about 5 minutes, most.
