Fraud and abuse are this guys game. From unnecessary procedures to turn a profit that leave patients injured to unnecessary follow up appointments and everything in between. He has the staff pack as many appointments into the day as possible and then blows through adjustments and procedures in an effort to hurry up and get to the next one. I do not know how Mark DeBruin hasn't been sued or investigated and had his medical license revoked by now. The front desk is helpful. The people in the back are incompetent and rude. Dr. Debruin is condescending, greedy and disgusting. I caught him looking at my chest numerous times! I had to change doctors because I didn’t feel comfortable with him touching me nor more daughter as she is becoming an adult. Ive overheard the older blonde lady in the back office and the nutritionist inappropriately talk about their intimate lives when paying for meds. Gross!!
I was his patient for over a year and he is very rushed, unable to stop and talk to me and doesn't allow me a referral to a specialist which I think is necessary. I have moved on to a new G.P.
Dr. DeBruin sees tries to squeeze too many patients at one time and, therefore, does not seem to give personal attention. He tries to be a "one stop shop" and almost refuses to refer out to specialists. I've been in pain for over 7 months and it was like pulling teeth to get him to authorize an MRI. Now I am finally off to a specialist, but I don't believe I should have been made to wait for so long, in such extreme pain. Will probably be looking for a new primary come January 1.
Dr. DeBruin is genially a good guy! More than once he has surprised me with the level of care and concern he has for my family. I will admit that he can be a very busy guy...He tries to get everyone in on their time schedule and in doing so he can be a bit rushed. But he will always make time for you when you need it....To me, that is a Doc that is above the rest...I have had and continue to hear folks talk about how they can never get in or have waiting periods in the doc office that is insane...I have never had that issue ... read more
When my husband was very sick and we had no insurance and we were a "new patient" Dr. De Bruin treated him and offered him a low cost coverage called "community care program". This is a program Dr. De Bruin created himself. Its for patients such as ourselves - in between insurance coverage or no insurance. I have had nothing but excellent experience at the De Bruin Medical Center. Dr. De Bruin is a top notch family practitioner and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.
He is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He takes the time to listen to concerns & questions. I do not feel rushed and are important. He always wants to make sure that you are over what was the problem or health concern. I also like the fact that he does chiropractic type care .
Dr.DeBruin is a professional,caring doctor and his staff is wonderful.
