Our family and mutual friends of ours have seen Dr. DeBruin for many years. In all that time his staff has always been courteous and Dr. DeBruin has been an excellent physician to our family and myself. There is an onsite pharmacy which saves me time when needed and especially when I am sick, I do not mind paying 5 dollars more if there was even a difference, what a nice option to offer someone. My family and I have been patients for over 10 years. I commend the nurse practictioners for having to put up with the ineptness of the rest of the staff in this poorly run office. Wait times are awful, and don't even think about trying to get a referral. I wonder what is so important that even after being promised my referral the next day (that was almost two weeks ago), they still can't get it handled. If you want quality all-around care, please consider going elsewhere. I've had it!
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. DeBruin's for almost 10 years now, and have always received the best of care! He is very knowledgeable in both treatments and in local specialists- we are very happy with the specialist he recently refereed us to. We also really appreciate the office staff- everyone is so friendly, helpful and accommodating!
If you enjoy your given body and just want a doctor to make you feel better when you are rarely sick or need a routine check up, don't go here. Dr. DeBruin speeds through his appointments and he is dismissive and and condescending when he talks to you. If you enjoy the thought of a doctor office where patient care is completely absent and the doctor won't even remember your name, then this is the spot. Dr. DeBruin is knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. He cares about his patients and provides preventative as well as ongoing treatment and follow-through. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician for people of all ages.
This Docotor is heartless and not helpful. Dr. Mark Debruin has very poor bedside manner, and has no compassion for his clints, he is very RUDE!!!! Dr. Mark DeBruin (Orangevale) does not follow by his Mission Statement he is the complete opposite. If you plan on attending his office,ask to be seen by another doctor, Dr. Mark DeBruin will only give you the run around and will not help you with your problems!! Mark DeBruin was recommended to me by a friend who is also a patient of his, and I was very impressed with the kindness and punctuality of him and his staff. I was greeted right away and Dr. DeBruin made me feel very comfortable. I liked how he asked questions, and took the time to listen to me. Not only have I made him my primary doctor, but I am also going to him for his new Laser Lipo procedures.
I just finished my final lipo-laser session at DeBruin laser center,and lost a total 0f 8 inches on my waist line.Im so excited about my results.I was wearing a size 12 pants,and I tried on my old size 8, and they fit perfect! I was so leary that the lipo-laser would not work,and like most skepitcal people, I had thousands of questions. Dr DeBruin's staff is amazing, they are so friendly and helpful. Dr DeBruin is also friendly and makes you feel comfortable, could be a little slower,but at least the office gets you in fast so you can get treatment right away.
