Dr Gaches is the first dentist I really liked in my 70 years of age. His tooth extraction was the best experiance ever despite the tooth breaking as he told me it might do so. No pain, not even with the shots or drilling, just some pressure. I heard the drilling but did'nt feel it like I usually do. I have a high fear of dentists after having many extractions and dental work over the years by others and I tend to put it off til I can't stand the pain but he has put me at ease with his approach, methods and caring.
