Dr. Magner was so good to me and my family in explaining my surgery. He laid out all of the steps necessary to proceed and the outcome was perfect. I'm now totally pain free after suffering horrible pain for over two years! I will always recommend him and I have asked my Primary Care Dr. to do the same. Dr Magner recently performed surgery on my lower back. He is a real pro- took as much time as I needed to explain the procedure, risks and expectations. He called me at home the day following surgery to check on my progress and answer questions. I highly recommend.
The care has been exceptional before, during and after surgery His team also has been helpful with answers to questions and setting up appointments and connecting with other necessary providers.
All staff members were friendly and efficient. My X-rays were on the screen when I entered the exam room. Dr. Magner listened to me and explained various options for treatment. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands.
Everything from my first call to set an appointment to meeting Dr. Magner for the first time was very positive. Dr. Magner and his staff is compassionate, kind and very helpful. Dr. Magner put me at ease by thoroughly explaining my injury in simple terms, going through my options, allowing me to ask lots of questions and helping me to stay focus on my rehab and follow-up treatments. I wish I had gone with my gut when in pre surgery prep. I was laying there thinking, “you shouldn’t have this surgery”. 4 years later, I’m still suffering from the aftermath. I woke up without feeling in my leg and foot, couldn’t walk. I now have very limited feeling in my leg and foot. My pain was so bad, I now have a pain pump.
