Gerald Crist and staff are simply the best. They are all very professional, responsive and attentive to my needs. It was a very busy day at the clinic, yet I was in an out in 45 minutes after having the therapy I need. Very satisfied each time I visit.
The check in process was fast. I called back on the time of my appointment. The radiologist brought me back as soon as the nurse checked me in Dr Brenner was thorough and explained what was wrong with my foot. He gave me choices in my treatment plan. Overall it was a positive experience.
Dr. Brenner was very thorough and informative. He was also very personable. He explained in detail what I was experiencing, what he was going to to the day I saw him, and what steps would follow, if the problem continued or worsened. I feel very confident that I received the best possible care and would highly recommend him to others.
Dr. Brenner was AMAZING, taking the time to answer any questions, treatment options, showing concern. I knew immediately that I was in good hands...not only with Dr. Brenner but, also, his nurse, Carol, who is great. Had shoulder replacement surgery in December 2024 and was really concerned about the recovery period as well as my limitations from the surgery. Recovery was 'a piece of cake' and not at all what I was expecting. I really owe all of that to Dr. Brenner and his team! He is the BEST!!!
Dr Brenner is an excellent doctor. He doesn’t rush through appointments and really listens to his patients. He explains diagnosis and treatment plan and makes sure you can understand. Highly recommend this doctor.
I was recently referred to Dr. Brenner and extremely pleased with the treatment. I am used to the assembly line approach at associated PMC and was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Brenner (PSC) seems to prefer a more private practice approach to patient care. He is a superb diagnostician, perhaps because he takes time to known you as a person. Needed a dr close to summer home. This dr is to the point, friendly and professional. I highly recommend him. He is helpful and understanding, and referred me to the appropriate specialists. My husband also sees him and likes him very much.
Dr. Brenner is great! He squeezed me in, because his staff didn’t think I should wait a week to be seen. He was so kind, concerned and very professional. So is his surgical nurse, Carol. Dr. Brenner took very good care of my injured thumb. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a hand specialist!
I waited 2 hours for my appointment. He did not introduce himself or tell me what contributed to my trigger finger. He asked if I wanted a cortisone shot or to schedule surgery without even bothering to look at my hand. I'm very disappointed.
