Dr. Clauss and his crew are AMAZING! My daughter has had a great experience thus far with her braces! They are all so knowledgeable, friendly and you are ALWAYS taken before your appointment time! My daughter also loves their point system offered to win gift cards, etc!
We had a pleasant experience with Dr. Clauss and his team until this month. On 03/19/2025, I reached out to Dr. Clauss's office because my daughter was experiencing difficulty with her retainer. She was struggling to put it on, and we suspected it might be due to her wisdom tooth coming in. The office assured me that the wisdom tooth should not interfere with the retainer as long as it is worn regularly, which my daughter has been doing.
