Service is great & fast! Dr. Crafford has very flexible schedule for eye exams!!
Very poor ethics. Told my lens provider that i was not a patient when they called to confirm prescription,only because because it was expiring in a month! We all need more business and money but this is over the top. Very cheap shot, pathetic! Been using same piece of paper prescription, of same optometrist, at same lens store so if you think this was a "clerical" error made TWICE in a row...you may be wrong. Will never go back there again! And just to think i was a long time valued customer, HA!
