I was having some chronic health issues that had not received a diagnosis. I went to multiple doctors who all said it was just anxiety. Finally, I saw Dr. Peterman who actually listened to me and didn't dismiss me and ended up giving me a diagnosis of POTS. I have since felt better. Women who have been dismissed by other doctors - Dr. Peterman did not dismiss me as being anxious.

I saw Dr. Peterman after being in the ER. He was very pleasant and direct in my visit. I had a heart monitor the following day. A Cardiac CT was scheduled for the following week and stress test the week after that. It has now been over a MONTH since I first saw him, and I have not heard A WORD about anything. I have no idea of the results of the heart monitor, the CT, or the stress test. I have left several message with his APN and have not received a call back. Two days ago, I called through to the front desk and told them ... read more

Sunny and Summer are the two ladies I interacted with at the front desk. They are wonderful. Sorry, I don't remember the technician or the nurse's name but are very good. Dr. Peterman explained the tests he was recommending. The whole experience was very positive.

Business response:

Thanks for your very kind words!

Clinically Dr. Peterman is excellent. As is his APN Corrales. However the front desk staff is terrible. over the period of 18 months they were very dismissive, arrogant and condescending. One in particular and her alleged supervisor were humiliating to me for the waiting room to hear. I demanded an apology and the supervisor refused this request. I left Peterman's practice because of the front desk staff. I work in the industry and gave them a chance for 18 months to improve but eventually had to leave

Unbelievable.Questions and concerns not answered. Staff not trustworthy. Tests and procedures not explained well. The nicest person is the check out person, who actually got me help when I was there for a test. Having a rare disease that affects the heart, he never appears to care. I am brushed off. Arrogance harms others.

I like Dr Peterman and think he's a good dr. but I'm tired of the abuse his staff puts me through. I have to follow through all the time b/c they never do. They cancel appts (even after you confirm online) but don't let you know. When you show up you wait 30 mins. before they tell you. I was supposed to get a halter in Feb but they never called. I was to be referred to cardiac rehab but they never called. A cardiology office should make patients calm but this staff raises blood pressure instead

Dr Peterman saved my life, November 15 2016 went the ER with severe indigestion , blood pressure 140/80 but less than 5 minutes later I went into cardiac arrest, he revived me and placed 2 stents in my heart , I was released the next day!!!! He rearranged all my meds to what I should have been taking all along with my other medical conditions that may have prevented the blockage from happening and warned me that being a female and diabetic you don't have typical symptoms so don't ignore any.

Saved my life! Had the fortunate scenario to meet Dr Peterman when I was admitted to the hospital having a heart attack. Lucky for me, he was the physician on call. Literally saved my life. Very compassionate and thorough. I owe my life to him. Treated my family with respect as well.
