I went in for an exam and xrays. My xray showed a cavity with exposed nerve needing a root canal or extraction. I cannot afford a root canal and am in need of an extraction. The dentist is unable to do extractions due to a shoulder injury which I was told about 1 hour before my visit only when I asked for an estimate.
