Initial office visit and subsequent exams were thorough, but pain free, with all questions addressed by Dr. Casellas and his NP. I also had an extensive and successful surgery with Dr Casellas and his medical team at UT. Very grateful for all the excellent care and has my highest recommendations for any colorectal concerns!
Dr. Casillas is a very skilled, knowledgeable surgeon. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and options. His calm demeanor is very reassuring. I was so impressed with him, and so grateful for the excellent outcome of the surgery.

My last visit was my last visit. Dr Casias,in my experience, choses not to communicate with other surgeons on my case. He blindly performed a procedure without imaging or the experience of someone more qualified and as a result. My life has been impacted in a very difficult way ever since. I regret that I trusted him. He did exactly the opposite of what he told me he would do. Problem is ,he knows it and refuses to take personal responsibility and simply say,I'm sorry this happened.

Dr. Casillas took over practice of Dr. Julio Solla whom I used for 15 years. Dr. Casillas is incredibly thorough, very "patient sensitive" and is another one of the exceptional bright Stars at UT Medical. It takes a very special physican to practice in the Colon / Rectal arena, he's tops. Had a recent colonoscopy, he was very thorough with diagnosis to find diverticulitis, discussed treatment options, etc. Engages and listens to patient very well. Highly recommend.
Dr. Camilla’s is an expert in his field of medicine. He is through in his exam, explanations. He has a great bedside manner. My surgery had a very good outcome. I’m glad he was my doctor.
This doctor is very professional and caring. Did my surgery 6 days ago and so far it looks like he did a great job. Very recommend him to others. ??????
