This practice has poor communication. My daughter was given a blood test at her 10 month well visit in October 2019 and I was notified that she had elevated lead levels in December 2019. I only got notified after an inept staff person couldn’t ask my questions about a lab and then the doctor called days later requesting a second blood test. By that point, my daughter’s lead level were severe enough to warrant her receiving a public health case worker from the Dc Dept of Energy and Environment.
