My mother went to see this doctor two weeks ago. She was not new to the practice. As usual, the techs start by dilating her eyes. Three days later she was still dilated. She was going to call the office when she got a call from the office instead. The tech had used the wrong drops in her eyes as well as other patients. So it took until yesterday, 13 days for the pupils to go back to normal. All that time the doctor NEVER CALLED HER. Sorry, just wrong.
