I debated for a long time whether to write this review, but after everything I experienced, I feel an obligation to share my experience with the community. For months, I sought medical care for persistent symptoms that were repeatedly dismissed or not adequately investigated. Those symptoms ultimately turned out to be related to an undiagnosed cancer. Absolute worst experience at a Doctors office I have ever had. My pharmacist will call in for prescriptions on Monday and multiple other times throughout the week with no response. It has always taken me calling up there to have it actually be pushed through. Then throughout that process is so many conflicting answers that yes it’s on the list and being sent. Dr Martinez is the best doctor in the world. I came from Georgia 3 years ago and he became my doctor through a recommendation of an ER doctor. So that tells you how good he is.
I came in for pain in my right ankle and was diagnosed with Gout and prescribed two precautions. The pain kept getting worse. There were never any X Rays or other test preformed like a Joint fluid test. After months of no relief I went into TOC Now and had the ankle XRayed. It showed a fractured Medial Malleous. The lab technician asked why I had not had an XRay and I replied that I trusted my Doctor and thought he knew what he was doing.
