I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of support and unwillingness to assist. After my UC visit, I contacted Genesis to schedule a follow-up appointment, but was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. She curtly informed me that the doctor is fully booked until July and offered no alternatives other than sending me to Crawfordville, which is not a viable solution for me.
