Called the office with an inquiry and the receptionist was hostile and unwelcoming. She even hung up on me. Immediately decided against this office.
She scarred our child by dropping chemicals on her cheek. She does not have authentic Invisalign but doesn’t tell you till after you pay. She never explained what she was doing to the kids.
I saw Dr Kay for 20 years. Does absolute top notch work, empathetic, very reasonable in terms of cost. Only reason I am not still going is because I moved an hour and a half away. Cannot recommend enough.
