My experiences at Dr. Vasilakis's office have been extermely positive. I came off of some very negative experiences at a different office and was very fearful going to a new dentist. Dr. Vasilakis and her staff are amazing. They are thorough, they explain everything, they are highly knowledgeable and thoughtful. Very important to me also is that they were very gentle with me. i had my first experience with nitrous oxide for filling a cavity and it was so peaceful that I fell right to sleep and wanted to stay to rest. The office was accommodating when I had to change my appointment time. Dr. Maria and her staff are able to make my insurance clear to me and have it work to my advantage. She and her staff are able to explain my insurance much better than conversations i have had with my insurance co.I am pleased with Dr. Maria's ongoing and preventative care. She has also referred me to an excellent oral surgeon.
My checkup was fast, efficient, and friendly. It's always a pleasure to interact with everyone here.
