Came across Dr. Vasilakis through an internet search and realized how close in location she was to my home. When i called they were the only people to help explain my insurance plan to me since they accept it, but are out of network. The office was nice, and clean with modern equipment. I arrived at Dr. Vasilakis' office at 1:30 for a cleaning and two fillings. My work was completed quickly and I was done before 3:00. Everyone I encountered in her office was warm, personable, and professional. They're very efficient and know exactly what they're doing. I especially appreciated how Dr. Vasilakis and her staff explained their findings and procedures to me. They were clear and informative without being condescending. I plan to make her my regular dentist!
After my first visit I was very pleased with the entire experience. To begin with I had an automated appointment confirmation followed by a personal confirmation ( I didn't respond to the automated one), the. Upon arrival I was greater promptly and made aware that they would consult with me on anything not covered by insurance (Awesome). Explanations throughout extremely friendly staff, capped off with treatment reccome ration with any costs I may incur if not covered (wisdom teeth). Great experience
Like most, I am not a huge fan of visits to the dentist. I also no longer live in Brighton Center and procrastinated a visit to the dentist for 2 years without any valid excuse. I called to schedule an appointment and I was seen the same day for an exam and cleaning. While I should have been lectured about flossing more consistently and coming in every 6 months instead of waiting 2 years, no one passed any judgment my way which I appreciated even though I deserved it! Everything was clearly explained before and during the treatment.
Everyone in the office was attentive, communicative, and professional. And really nice! They were careful to explain all the procedures to my satisfaction. There was no wait, and no discomfort. I'm feeling pretty lucky to have found this office.
Aside from the most painless cleaning i've ever had (except for my first visit with you) I appreciate your great communication skills. Clear explanations of issues, help with decisions and full information. Thanks to all.
