As usual my appointment with Dr Maria and her staff was outstanding.They are Effecient Friendly and always on time for my appointments. Clean office and very updated equipment.
I have been a patient since Dr. Maria took over the practice in 2010. Since that time I have been treated with the utmost respect from start to finish of each appointment. It is easy to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff does all the work regarding my insurance, they offer fair estimates before I schedule fillings, and even send texts to remind me of my upcoming appointments. I will be referring patients to this office for many years to come.
Dr. Maria's bedside manner is bar none. All of my questions are answered respectfully and compassionately. I've never felt so comfortable at the dentist.
From the front desk clerk to the dentist, they always make me feel so comfortable that I don't feel that I am having a dentist visit.
Always a pleasant experience, everyone is genuine and friendly.
As much as one can enjoy a dental visit, I did. Dr. Maria's staff from intake through appointment booking were friendly, helpful, very thorough in their explanations and provided me with solid answers to all the questions I asked and some I didn't! Jamie was as gentle a tech as I've had. So glad to find a practice like this in the Boston area!
I felt warmly welcomed, expertly and thoroughly attended to and re-assured that "all was well" in/with my dental life. I experience this 6-month check with the Dental Hygenist Betty and with the presence and supervision of Dr. Maria, an affirmation and confirmation of the exellent dental care I have received in the past, present and with trustfulness for the future. With gratitude to each and all of you for your gracious and generous care and attention.
