So I paid my first visit to Dr. Vasilakis yesterday. In my 35+ years of having teeth, this was hands down my best dental experience ever. Dr. V's staff is so friendly and so, so knowledgable. I walk in and there's a Korig machine and filtered water waiting for me in the waiting room. Samantha greets me with a friendly hello and Carolyn efficiently runs through my paperwork. The staff at Dr. Maria Vasilakis, from those at the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Maria herself, are absolutely lovely. Supportive, caring, and friendly, as a patient you feel cared for from the moment you step through the door. This was the most enjoyable dental visit I've had in my adult life! Everyone in the office was friendly and warm, Jamie talked me through everything she was doing during the cleaning so I could follow along (right up my alley), and Dr. Vasilakis sealed the whole experience with knowledgeable counsel at the end of the appointment. This is a great office!
Along with accommodating later appointments, Dr Maria is an extremely comforting dentist. She kept me informed throughout the whole procedure (fillings). I love the personal environment of this dentist and would highly recommend her to anyone.
I'm VERY happy with the way my appointment went yesterday. Everyone from the front office, to Betty, to of course, Dr Vasilakis was EXTREMELY welcoming and professional. Yesterday's visit makes me wonder I waited so long!!!!
Good, helpful, friendly dentist
I've been in for cleanings and checkups twice now with Dr. Vasilakis and her staff. Both experiences were great. Both Dr. Vasilakis and Betty the hygienist are very professional, easy to talk to, and explain everything clearly. I have received different suggestions on future work, some necessary, some not. But everything was explained fully and they leave it up to you to make your decision with the information given. Overall I am pleased with the level of service.
The atmosphere was very lovely, the music was relaxing, the dental chair had massagers in it which was very nice. Overall very nice office and staff.
