Great front desk staff
The person I spoke today, I could barely understand. The languages of business in Canada are English and French, period. This isn’t even a personal issue, this is an N.S. Health issue. If the person is talking disjointed, not clear concise sentences, then the manager themselves should deal with that on day one. Our primary doctor and nurse are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and we’ve always been happy with the care we receive from them. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is very different. The staff often come across as dismissive, rude, and lacking basic customer service. Every time we visit, we feel a certain negative energy from the front desk. Give those ladies some training or hire some new people. Seriously
I was told I would have to wait until October to get a hernia looked at by MY doctor. I was then was told to bad so sad it took 4 months for the receptionist to book a medical appointment. They also seem to keep getting me confused with a different patient multiple times because they wont use his real first name.
The midwife practice in this building was such an amazing resource for me and my husband while I was pregnant! I highly recommend it to everyone who is pregnant, you will get the best care here!
