Dr batta was not helpful to me at all. She was very rude, impatient and terribly patronizing. I couldn't believe the disrespectful way she was speaking to me. It was greatly disappointing and disturbing.
I had 3 issues that Dr. Batta addressed and treated. She took the time to explain things in detail and even gave me a handout with all the explanations. Dr. Batta may be a fast-talker, but she makes sure you understand what's going on and what's best to treat your skin problem. She even says that you'll get a pop quiz at your next visit! It worked though. I did the regiment and my skin conditions are improving!
I had very small bumps on the corner of my mouth and decided to get them checked out. Dr.Batta bursts into the room took a 3 second glance at my face and then proceeded to tell her assistant what mediation I would be needing. I had to ask what was wrong when she told me acne. She gave me two minutes of her time and walked out. The medication which made my "acne" 10x worse. I went to another doctor 2 weeks later who told me it was a bacteria infection. Dr. Batta made my skin worse!
I met with Dr. Batta for a body scan. When she came into the room, she informed me there were too many items on my list to have checked and to complete a routine body scan in one visit. She checked the seven areas I identified, taking approximately 8 minutes. She informed me a body scan takes 15 minutes, yet I would need to come back again, because she had other patients. I was very unimpressed that my insurance would be covering two visits rather than one for the amount of attention received.
I went to Dr. Batta for the first time last year. She was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease during my visit. I'd been to several dermatologists in the past and had little to no success with my previous treatments. I was actually told that my condition was "un-treatable", however this was untrue. Dr. Batta prescribed something that within just a few weeks made a noticeable change. I would definitely recommend Dr. Batta to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dermatologist!
