Dr. Batta listened and understood what my issues were and she explained my options in a way that I could understand. She was able to resolve some of my issues right there in the office in the same visit. The office was clean and I felt very comfortable.
Easy to get the appointment, no wait to be seen upon arrival, Dr. Batta has a lovely personality and explained what she was looking for in a routine skin evaluation.
Dr. Batta and the staff at Advanced Dermatology are the best. From the very first interaction, they make one feel at ease; they explain the process throughout the visit, keeping you informed. They are a very professional group that works hard at helping and solving all of your skincare needs. I would highly suggest that anyone requiring dermatology treatments reach out and see what Dr. Batta and her staff at Advanced Dermatology can do for you. Outstanding care.
Very friendly, remembers you. Explains what she is doing. Answers any questions you have.
I met with Dr. Mari Batta and I felt like she cared about my well being. I was actually excited for the follow up b/c I was the much closer to better health and somebody was holding my hand. Thank you so much Dr. Batta!
My first visit with Dr. Batta proved to be a total disappointment. She was cold, rude and clearly showed that patient care is not her priority. Her bedside manner made me feel uncomfortable and that I was part of an assembly line of patients. I wish for Dr. Batta the same treatment she gave me when she is finds herself needing medical care.
My expectations were met by Dr, Batta. She did the things she needed to do within the 15 minutes she had. My complaint is with scheduling. I had called one month prior to appointment with complaint of inflamed and itchy skin. I was told a PA could see me in two days. Because I wanted to see a doctor, I took the first appointment which happened to be with Dr Batta. It was a month away. I called twice in between time and asked to be called if there was a cancellation. Did not receive a call. I am a new patient. The symptoms ha... read more
I don't need the doctor to act like a friend, but friendly and courteous would be nice. First impressions last. My impression of Dr. Batta is not a favorable one. She was very abrupt and not personable. Unfortunately, I need to see lots of doctors. You start to get a pretty good read quickly after a while. I also have little respect for a doctor who still thinks my cloth masks helps either one of us. I don't think I'll be returning to see Dr. Batta. I may try someone else in the practice or find somewhere else. I'm sure I ca... read more
Extremely short visit and did not feel like a very thorough skin check. I’ve had much more thorough checks at this practice.
