Got my ingrown toe fixed permanently. Such an easy visit, and I really enjoyed Dr Jiminez' sense of humor! Plus she had Gardener's World on the tv in the waiting room, can't go wrong with an office vibe like that!
I felt like she rushed through my visit; I went for two ingrown toenails and she made two small snips and walked out of the room. Actually peeked out and asked if I was done and I can literally feel with my fingers the edge of one of the toenails still sticking into my skin. It actually hurt when she snipped one of them and she gave no instructions on aftercare, she just stated that it might be sore afterwards. Where to begin? Just the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional, bar none. The doctor only spent ten minutes with me, tops. Did not so much as touch my feet. I had asked the person who did my X-rays if I should take off my socks. They said no, you can leave them on. So when the doctor showed up, I was in socks. Dr. Jimenez is a fantastic podiatrist and an equally wonderful person. We've had the pleasure of getting to know her outside the office with our daughters playing volleyball together so, when our daughter needed care and advice for a foot condition sustained during practice/play, it was a no-brainer to reach out and schedule some time for her to take a look.
