Not recommended. Incredibly brief appointment. Didn’t listen to critical information that I felt I needed to share. Won’t return. Will find someone else.
Amwell platform, only dermatologist available; some glitches related to platform. Dr Serota conducted incredibly brief appointments, all less than 5 minutes; made very little eye contact during the session as he was always doing something else eg driving (on one occasion). Challenging to contact and receive a response. My teen was on isotretinoin and there were several lapses in receiving the medication due to this.
