My 9 month old daughter was in the hospital because she was throwing up for no reason. My eldest daughter is coughing plegm. I made an follow up appointment from hospital and my infant was diagnosed with rhinovirus enterovirus. She has diarrhea and eldest one continues with cough. I get a call from the Dr office saying that I can come but doctor can't do anything for them. Really? You are a doctor and don't can't do anything for them? Dr Malcom was the first Pediatrician that I came across when I moved up to Palm Beach County. Since meeting her and her staff I have nothing but the highest commendations and recommendations of her office. They are all polite, respectful, and very helpful. It's a small office with a very "Neighborhood Doctor" feel to it. She knows her patients and is always willing to listen to a parents concerns. Now having had our second child Dr Malcolm's office will be in our lives for a very long time.
Dr. Malcolm's office is nothing exquisite, rather it is neighborhood friendly, old school, and delightful. She is amazing and so are her nurses and office staff. Never nasty nor gatekeepers - just people working to keep and improve the lives of children. We love you Dr. Malcolm!!! Oh and the shots are so so quick! It is already hard to do them so the speed is appreciated!
I highly recommend Dr. Malcolm. She is very caring, patient, and kind. The office staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable.
