This morning was my first, AND LAST, time at this facility. I got there at 10:15 for my 10:30 apptmnt, there were two other people there. About an hour later, one patient left and I found out the other's appointment was at 9:00 (it's now 11:30). The good thing is I had their outdated, intermittently working tablet to fill out all of my information. I came very close to throwing that thing out the door. Then I met THE DOCTOR. The woman was unprofessional and confused. I will not be going back

The tablet has been given to patients to assist in giving the office the necessary information to assure the patients get the most from their visit, The tablet software was not outdated. However, the fact this complainant wanted to destroy the tablet gives us insight into the adverse personality of this complainant. The staff has no clue as to deal with people they did not check with my insurance to check co-pay and tried to bill me in full instead of checking with my insurance. They were rude and called to try to explain but it was a bad attempt. The reviews you see tell you to stay away and I agree.

Amazing how this patient checks poor on every item, but only complains he was asked to pay in full. This office charges the allowable amount stated by one's insurance. If the deductible is not met, we will charge you in accordance with your insurance contract. Insurance can be confusing. Insurance companies have agents that will help you understand the insurance process. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance for you, However, you are free to file it yourself.
