I feel like I'm in good hands
Well literally saved my life when my heart stopped on operating table due to excessive fluid around heart. Need I say more? Wonderful doctor keeps you informed about everything during and after your hospital stay. Fantastic staff that will check of you daily and even walk you around to help in your rehab. The best you will find in NVA!!
I have not seen Dr. Margolis in many years, but when I needed his surgical services in 2008, he saved my life, quite literally. He performed a difficult, invasive/wide open/somewhat unknown (for 2008) surgery. While I still struggle with pulmonary issues, I would not be here at all without him. If I ever need thoracic surgery again, I will fight to have Dr. M perform. I clearly remember the pre-surgical family mtg, week before surgery - with me, young adult children and my 91 yr old mother. I had a surgery from Mr. Margolis a few years ago. He is a nice guy, however I was left with intercostal neuraglia after his surgery and now having to get multiple rib surgeries to fix the nerve damage he caused.
