Very nice staff. Competent and attentive. Wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Matarazzo was personable and professional. I left feeling like my shoulder problem was on the road to recovery. Highly recommended.
Dr. Matarazzo is one of the best orthopedic doctors I have seen and I’ve seen quite a few. He is very professional and very thorough. He is not only professional but a great bed side manner. Not to mention he was very knowledgeable how he explained everything to me How rare. And I’m 64 and this is one surgery I felt totally in the hands of the right surgeon. Thank God for Dr Matarazzo.

I called to make an appointment. I told them I had surgery with another doctor 8 months ago. They scheduled my appointment. I’m in the examination room. I explain I had surgery 8 months ago to the nurse. She comes back in and says doctor Marc F. Matarazz won’t be able to see me and walked me out of the office! They refused to see me because I had surgery with another doctor 8 months ago for a different issue. I didn’t know you’re only allowed to see one doctor forever.
Great surgeon that cares about his patient
My experience with Dr. Matarazzo was excellent. With a professional demeanor on first meeting, he assessed my knee issue and diagnosed it right away, and then treated it then and there. He did not recommend surgery, but had a steady hand when removing fluids and injecting a shot of medication with accurate aim. I was a new patient in search of a local Dr. And really lucked out. His assistant is very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend him.
I found Dr Matarazzo to be professional and informative. An exam, X-rays, and plan of care were explained thoroughly. I did not feel rushed through my appointment and found the all-inclusive office very proficient. Staff members are friendly and courteous.
Awful.They do volume in numbers.No actual personal care. Dr. Didn't even spend 5 minutes in the rm.I went to him in excruciating pain in my r. knee due to a head-on collision.Although I had an MRI & report w/me taken the week before, they insisted on taking their own X rays. He wrote a rx for PT 2-3 x's p wk. The initial evaluator was great. The next session was a joke. apparently i was receiving PT simultaneously w/another patient from the same therapist.I was left on table for long periods
